A: The main occasion for returned money would be for a lesson that was paid ahead of time and was unable to be delivered. Normally I request payment after the class has been delivered to avoid the more complicated return process.
Q: Is there a cancellation policy?
A: Yes, cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $10 fee. If you're able to provide over 24 hour notice no fees will be charged.
